At Wibe, we are committed to providing high-quality fashion with a seamless shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Returns on personalized, intimate, or clearance items are not accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
To initiate a return, please email us at support@wibe.ca with your order details.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size or color within 7 days of delivery.
To request an exchange, contact support@wibe.ca with your order number and exchange request.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
Once the order is processed, cancellations are not possible.
